Welcome to LaGlassTee Creations!  If you have a passion for or an interest in stained glass, you are in the right place!  We are a stained glass workshop offering private classes, weekly events and custom designed stained glass pieces. Quite simply, our passion is the wonder and beauty of glass.  Stained glass is timeless.  Combining unique textures and brilliant colors in a piece of art can bring limitless awe and enjoyment for those looking on.  Our vision is, if you have ever had a dream about having a custom stained glass piece, whether as a simple décor or a panel for your window or doorway, we would be honored with the opportunity to help you make that dream come true! 

Our website is an easy way to find out information about us. First, check out the Gallery page to view examples of the quality and types of work we do under the Home Accents and Window Accents tabs. You will also find the "Beginner" level designs we offer in our initial classes. 

Next, we have a Services page.  Whether you would like to take Private Lessons and learn hands on how to create your very own custom piece, come to a fun filled evening on a Group Event night to work on a special project, or work with have a custom designer to help make a Custom Décor.  There are three individual tabs on the Services page to help give you more information on those options.

Custom Stained Glass

Stained glass through the centuries has kept people in awe of its inner beauty. It is a wonderful accent to the interior and exterior of any home. As the light in a finished project beams brilliantly through the glass, the blend of colors and textures in the glass add a special dimension of timeless beauty. Private Classes

Students are taught how to make their own individual art piece using the famous Tiffany copper foil technique. From the beginning students are taught these important factors: safety in cutting glass, choosing the proper glass, proper foil and soldering technique, custom glass fitting and framing. Beginner project ideas can be found on the Gallery Page "Beginner Projects" tab. Click "Learn More" for registration and class information.

Weekly Events

Weekly Events

Tuesday and Thursday AM and PM time slots are designated for small group workshops. (1-5 participants ) Participants choose from patterns of their own liking. This could be from patterns that we have at the shop or something the participants have found on the web. From there, the shop has a vast variety of glass to choose from to make each piece of art uniquely one of a kind. Click "Learn More" for class registration.

Welcome to LaGlassTee Creations! I am so glad you are here!!

I have enjoyed the art of stained glass for over 10 years. I have been truly blessed as a Christian artist, knowing God has enabled me to have the greatest adventure I could have ever thought possible! Over the years, I have been honored to create many sentimental gifts, family heirlooms, commemorative pieces in memory of loved ones and beloved animals, special anniversaries, and the celebration of new life. I am thankful every day for the people who have had confidence in me to create something special for them.

God has also enabled me to teach numerous students from ages 10 to 75 years old learn the art of stained glass and receive the gift of watching these students create a beautiful piece of art! The joyous surprise and amazement in their eyes when they finally see their masterpiece held up to the light for the first time, is priceless!

This incredible journey started with this great man, my dad, Henry Vanden Berg. After a career in carpentry his hands never stayed idle. In his late 70's he took up the art of stained glass while living in a retirement community in Naples, FL. It was upon visiting him, my dad began to teach me and I immediately fell in love with the art and Carol's glass shop was born. I am beyond blessed to have received such a gift from my dad. I hope someday to teach the next generation in our family to do the same.

I have created this website to give you an idea of the type of work I do. Using the Tiffany method of copper foil technique, my work includes all kinds of styles including but not limited to; traditional, contemporary, Victorian, vintage, farmhouse, antique, prairie, southwest, wildlife and floral, scenic and beveled glass. My pieces can be a simple table decoration or unique glass panel to the restoration of a 40 year old stained glass that had been laying on a garage shelf for 30 years. Variety is the spice of life and I love a challenge!

Most all of the work I have created has started with a customer’s own idea / request to make a stained glass piece. I do not have a store or stained glass pieces in stock. Each piece I create is tailor-made for each customer.

So, maybe you have an idea to put a personal decorative touch in your home. Or maybe you are considering a special gift for your parent, grandparents, friend or other family member for a special occasion. It all starts with an idea and I would love to help make your own personal idea come true!

If you don’t have a specific idea and you happen to see something special on the website, all of the pieces pictured on this website can be reproduced and customized to your preference. I have hundreds of glass samples and all work is computer generated so you will know exactly how it will look and how much it will cost beforehand. Then of course, there is always the option to take lessons and create it yourself in the LaGlassTee Creations glass shop! New students are always welcome!
